FOR A CALMING EFFECT IN STRESS-SENSITIVE HORSES

From an evolutionary perspective, horses are prey animals, ready to flee in the event of potential danger. Horses are therefore very sensitive animals, always alert to respond to stimuli from their environment. Relax is a calming supplement for horses and was specifically developed for use in stressful situations. Its unique composition has a calming effect, thereby improving concentration during competitions. Relax contains magnesium glycerophosphate, an organic source of magnesium. Organic sources have a higher solubility than inorganic sources and are therefore more bioavailable. Relax also contains a unique essential oil extract from citrus fruits in combination with other carefully selected sensory active substances. A tincture of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera or Indian ginseng) and an extract of passion flower (Passiflora edulis) are also included in the formula because of their known calming and relaxing effects. Relax is effective in short-term stressful situations, such as during competitions or moving house.

Dosage

  • Short-term stress situations: mix up to 30 ml the night before and up to 30 ml 3 to 4 hours before the stressful situation into the feed
  • Long-term stress situations: mix up to 30 ml per horse, per day in the feed
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage
  • Do not feed to ruminants
