Global Medics' webshop can only be used for home deliveries.

If you enter your VAT number in your account, you can buy VAT free. Provided that the VAT number is from outside Belgium and the goods are shipped to an address outside Belgium.

Once your package is picked up by the shipping service, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code at the email address associated with your account.

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +32 (0) 13 556 106. If your package has not yet left, the delivery address can still be changed. If your package has already been picked up by the shipping service, we cannot guarantee that a change can still be made.

Shipping & receiving

Please contact us as soon as your package has not received a new scan for more than 5 working days, only then can we open an inquiry with the shipping service. In this case, you may forward the following information to info@globalmedics.be :

  • Name of the account on which the order was placed
  • Order number
  • Tracking code of the package

Once we receive this information, we can open an inquiry with the shipping service (Monday through Friday). The average response time from the shipping service is 48 hours.

NOTE: After 14 days after the last scan, we can no longer start an investigation, so contact us early if you suspect something is wrong with your shipment

Check all possible places around your home to see if the package was put away by the delivery man in a safe place. Also be sure to ask if your neighbors may have received the package.

If you cannot find the package, you may forward the following information to info@globalmedics.be:

  • Name of the account on which the order was placed
  • Order number
  • Tracking code of the package

Once we receive this information, we can open an inquiry with the shipping service (Monday through Friday). The average response time from the shipping service is 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: After 14 days from the last scan, we cannot initiate an investigation, so please contact us early if you suspect something is wrong with your shipment.

If your order contains an incorrect item, you may forward the following information to info@globalmedics.be:

  • Name of the account on which the order was placed
  • Order number
  • Listing of mis-delivered items
  • Photos of the entire shipment (contents, packaging and shipping label)

After this, you will receive a return label from us that you can use to return the items. Once we have received your return with the wrong items, we will send the correct item (subject to the returned item not being opened or damaged).

  • Description of damaged items
  • Photos of the entire shipment (contents, packaging and shipping label)

The damaged goods must be kept in their original packaging until after the conclusion of the investigation. This is because it is possible that DPD will pick up the damaged goods back for inspection.

Damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence will not be reimbursed.

NOTE: Damage must be reported within a period of 7 calendar days. The day of delivery is considered day 1 for this purpose. After this, it is no longer possible to open an investigation.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

If you wish to return one or more items, this is only possible if the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unopened and not damaged
  2. You will have the order in your possession for less than 5 business days

If these conditions are met, you may return the items along with the delivery receipt to:

Return costs are at your own expense. You must create your own return label and pay via a transportation service of your choice. The return shipment is entirely at the customer's risk. If an item is returned from outside the European Union, the customer is also responsible for paying import fees. In case of loss or damage to the package, Global Medics cannot be held responsible and no refund can be paid.

The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment method and to the original account number. The account number cannot be changed for the refund.

Exchanges are not possible, only returns. If you wish an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order with the item you want instead. Optionally, you can wait until the return is processed and the money from the original order is back in your account before ordering the correct item.
