Return Policy

Always check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will do the necessary to solve the problem as soon as possible.

The option to return items is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition in which you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of your purchase.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to limited-time items such as horse feed.

If your return is accepted, a return label will be sent with further instructions. Items returned to us without requesting a return beforehand will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also let you know if we have approved or denied your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

The shipping costs for returning the item are at your expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
