The various B vitamins (B1-thiamine, B2-riboflavin, B3-nicotinamide, B6-pyridoxine and B12-cyanocobalamin) in this dietary supplement contribute to more efficient energy metabolism. Energy Boost contains, in addition to the necessary B vitamins, Siberian ginseng or also called Eleutherococcus senticosus, a herb that includes glycosidal saponins (ginsenosides), essential oils and phytosterols that contribute to the reduction of oxidative stress during a physical effort.
